H1B validity after changing employer

My current H1B expires Feb 2020 ( 1 year from now ) . I already have maxed out 6 years and have approved I-140 with current employer.

• If I change employer now , Am I right in saying the new H1B will have validity only until Feb 2020 ? ( After which the new employer need to extend again ) (Based on my current I94 )
• If so , then my next H1B extension with the new employer will also have only an year of validity( say until Feb 2021) right ? ( Since my new LCA and I40 by new employer would not have been approved by Feb 2020 )
