I got an offer from a company who would be sponsoring my H1B and my current visa is L1. My dependents are with me in USA and they are on L2. The new employer planning to process my dependents visa after my H1B gets approved.
In this scenario, I would like to know,
if my H1B gets approved, would my current L1 gets cancelled. if so, would my dependents have to leave USA immediately or can the H4 visa be processed in USA. How long would it take for H4 visa to be approved.
Is there any option for me to continue with my L1 and discard my H1B, in case i would like to stick with my current employer.
