Transfer of H1B visa from client to employer(current petitioner) new location

Got my H1B approved for Client A for Location Houston Texas, and my current petitioner is company B. Now there is only a need to be in Client A location for 1 week and then need to move to Petitioners secondary Locations which is Lafayette, Indiana.
What should be course of action

1. Should i file for an amendment for change in location?
2. Should I file for change in Employer details?
