H1B trasnfer denied

Hi,

My I-94 and H-1B petition which was approved till 2021, was withdrawn by A. I joined in Company B on the receipt number and it is denied. Have employer C ready to file for new H1 transfer immediately. Can I apply for H-1B transfer with another employer C? Will, it works out?
