My I-94 expired on Mar 18, 2019
My current company (Company A) filed H1B extension on Feb 15, 2019.
Till now USCIS not started working on my extension.
Now (Jun 10, 2019) I got a job offer from Company B and they are looking to do H1 transfer.
Can Company B able to submit H1 transfer now or they need to wait till my extension gets approved ?
Is there way Company B can initiate H1 transfer now ?
