H4 Visa Appointment with H1(when appointment is already booked)
Hi All,
My wife and I have traveled back to India when extension was in progress. We received approved on 1st May. We are bless with baby and I have booked my US Visa stamping appointment on 20th and 21st August at Mumbai location alone since kid passport is not available.
Now we have new born baby passport.
Query:
Is it possible to schedule appointment for my wife and kid on same day since they are dependent? Can we request US embassy for this and if yes, what would be emergency reason?
My employer is not ready to tell any answer. I don't want them to go alone for stamping and don't want to loose 20th August appointment. I have already lost 8 months of approval
