Can I travel when Amendment is pending and RFE Received?

Hi

I have valid Visa Stamped in April, 2019 for one client but now there is no project/assignment at that client location. In between, My Employer filled an amendment and we got RFE and responded too recently. Now there is an opening at client place and I need to travel there. I am still in India and travelling first time.

Now I have few questions like
1) can I travel to US with my visa stamped for old client and amendment Receipt while RFE is going on?
2) Can I do a POE from old client location rather than a new amendment client location?
3) What are the problem that I need to face at the time of POE?
