I need a suggestion and the next steps to follow.
VISA status – F1 ( Graduating in August)
Applied for OPT one month back.
H1b case status – Received
I am currently an international student on F1 status and would be completing masters in August 1st week 2019. I got an offer from firm and they applied for my H1b in April with my bachelors and the petition got picked in the lottery. However, as I got a job from my dream company, I told the previous employer to withdraw my H1b. I have 1year OPT & 2 Years STEM OPT pending , where I applied for my OPT recently.
A week back my previous employer sent the withdrawal to USCIS, however the status still shows as case received on the site. How long would it ideally take for USCIS to send the withdrawal confirmation mail ?Let me know if anyone has idea about it ? As I am concerned if all the process would be completed by sept 30th.
