Hi All
I have a situation where my current employer filed for my extension and got RFE which is replied in premium and waiting for the final decision fro USCIS. Meanwhile i got an offer and they filed my transfer alongwith extension in premium and got n rfe and they also replied for it.
Now if my current extension is denied and my transfer + extn is approved so can i use the transfer + extn for my stay now in US or may be since my original petition is denied i may go back to india and use the transfer + extn may be to come back or to get it transferred to any other company of my choice and return back to us.
