Hi, I have scheduled appointment for H1 and H4 together, but due to some reason H1 applicant might not be able to make it for visa stamping PA in consulate. Can H4 alone go for stamping in the same schedule? or should H1 applicant have to cancel the complete appointment and rebook again with only Visa stamping appointment only for H4 ?
