H4 visa given 221g white slip and asked to appear for interview with husband

My wife attended her H4 visa interview at New Delhi. They asked for ceremonies photos which we provided, they seems to be not happy with the photographs as it was a small gathering and not all the ceremonies were held. Marriage registration and approx 35 photographs were shared with them. Then they called my in laws and asked some questions, they came back and said the data is not a complete match. After that they provided a 221g white slip and have asked me to appear with my wife for the interview again. What should be the next steps and should I do the ceremonies again for which photographs are not available.
