My H1-B application got selected in the 2015 Cap category.
I had a petition with validity from 1st Oct 2015 to 31st Dec 2017, and had even got my visa stamped which was valid till 31st Dec 2017.
However, I never traveled to US on the above mentioned petition and visa.
Renewal for the above petition was applied from India which got rejected in first quarter of 2019.
Please note the original cap petition and renewal was initiated by the same company. The entire duration from 2015 till 2019 mentioned above, I was in India and did not travel to US.
Can now a company in US or India apply for my case transfer and subsequently apply for H1-B petition followed by visa stamping?
