Hi,
I am on H1B visa status and my spouse travelled with me on H4 dependent visa. Later my spouse got her H1 visa approved and she is currently working. Now we are planning to change her status to H4.
Question:
1. I am filing my extension in a month or two. If I apply for her change of status, shall i go ahead and proceed with my H1 extension along with her H4 extension (with H4-COS receipt number)? What is the best option to continue with my extension and her H4-COS?
