Hello Team,
I need urgent help.
My L1B 5 years (3 + 2 years extension) is going to expire on 30-Sep-2019, but as per attorney, I can stay mid of Nov. as I took 6 weeks vacation during my whole stay.
Question(1) - Is this correct? Hope will not consider to Overstay beyond 30-Sep 2019.
After many retries this year my H1B also picked. However, RFE came. but we are working on this parallel with premium processing.
The company filed an application for counselor processing, but they said once it approved will file a change of status.
Question(2) -Can you please tell me a timeline of COS and will it be recommended?
Question(3) if COS is not approved before mid of NOV, shall I stay in the USA? if yes how long..?
