H1B Ext Cum Amendment is Approved but another Amendment is pending

Hi,

My I worked for 6 months until Dec 2018 for Client A Location A (Amendment was filed for this Client A location A) then I moved and still working for Client B Location B (Separate Application - Extension cum Amendment was filed and now approved for Client B Location B). Both Client A and Client B are for the Same Employer.

1. if Amendment for Client A Location A is rejected, can I continue working in with Client B Location B, or should I go to India for Stamping and return to Client B Location B.
2. If Amendment for Client A Location A is still under process , can I still go to India and get the stamping for Client B Location B ?
3. if Amendment for Client A Location A is approved for an earlier date than the Extension cum amendement date, will it reset the date of the later ?

Please help on my queries.
