Are H1B and LCA location specific

Hi Shervin143,
Looking into this requirement , There would be a lot of trouble for a person who had worked on 4 project location in a year. So he need to amend h1b four times ,doesn't looks logical...also inconvenient too.

Not advisable to travel when the transfer or extension or COS is in progress. The extension or COS might get denied. LCA takes hardly 15 days. Approval take 2-3 months by normal process and 15 days by premium.

Just a quick confirm so I need do wait for a new petition I797 and LCA and I can't travel outsid ethe country until i received the new I797 and LCA ...ALso it might take six months...

Hi all,
As per mu knowledge LCA is a location specific and if some one go to client place a city X his LCA needs to be amended for new place.

But I am not sure if in this new time if H1B also need to be amended for working at client site.

Please anybody can confirm if we need to do always when planning for stamping ?
