H4 and H1B applied at the same time

Hi,

I applied for a new H1B visa (non cap) earlier this year.
Due to my spouse's job change I applied for H4 and H4 EAD and have received the approvals with I-94.
When I get my H1B visa approval will I get my I-94 since it was applied with COS? How do I request Consular processing now if I want to stay in H4 status?
