Hello,
Me and my wife are planning to visit Canada by road from Niagara Area in the next few weeks to get our Canada PR processing done. I am planning to use AVR to come back to the United states as we both have expired visas but valid 797A with valid I 94. But I have a couple of concerns:
1. My wife’s stats is changed from F1 to H4 during her current stay. Is that an issue, since her expired visa says F1?
2. Also my wife is 27 weeks pregnant. Will that be an issue during re entry? She has all the necessary insurance and we can show proof of funds.
