H1b and h4 denial at consulate on fresh stamping

Hi house, My H1b got denied on 3rd January 2020 after i had my wedding on 28th December 2019.
My husband attended the interview with me as my h4 dependent. We were denied under INA 214B. we both reapplied on 17th January 2020 and we got denied with 214b again.
Who has an idea where we got it wrong?
What can you advise please?
As anyone experienced this before?
