Having approved I-140 and going for H1B Cap, Any advantage?

Hi,

I am going for a fresh H1B cap for 2021, I was in the USA earlier on L1B(returned back due to denial) and having approved I-140. If my name get picked in the lottery, can I file my petition immediately or process will be the same as other H1B caps?Any advantage of I-140 in this process
