Hello,
My concerned question is once submitted required documents on 29th Jan 2020, I had received an auto generated response from. Next day, there was a query and asked to re-submit docs which I did and never received a auto generated response.
On 31st Jan 2020, I had same e-mail to support-india as well and CASE number with auto generated email response.
But can anyone provide insight who to email/call to make sure they have received my docs.
Please help from your experiences.
