Unable to Retrieve the application in DS-160
Hi all
I am facing some issue now, i have scheduled my interview with DS-160 number on Jan 14,2020.. Now i am trying to retrieve the application, but receiving below error
Please correct all areas in error as indicated below. Once you have finished, click ‘Retrieve Application’ button to continue completing your online application form.•Surname does not match.
•Year of Birth does not match.
Can we continue with same scheduled appointment with new DS-160 number ? If yes, can someone please let me know where we can update the New DS-160 number?
