Hello Everyone,
Need your advice on below.
I am currently working for company C. My h1 extension with company C is in prgress and my current i 94 is expiring in next 15 days. I have job offer from company D which is nearly finalized.
Can company D file my h1 transfer while existing extension is pending ? What happened if they were not able to file before my current i 94 expiry. One more thing is that before joining company C I worked for Company B and A. Company B already withdrawn my h1 But compnay A H1 petition is still showing valid on USCICS website and this petition i94 is valid till May 2020.
Do I need to wait until my current extension is approved? Do I need to upgrade my application to premium?
