H1B Extinction PREMIUM PROCESSING - RECEIPT NUMBER NOT RECEIVED

My H1b Extension Premium processing applied in Feb 2020 last week (Feb 26th), But still haven't received my receipt number. my employer says that the Application fee didn't get deducted from their account. I am worried and my attorney says USCIS running behind on issuing receipt notices. Anyone facing any delays in getting Receipt number? Please share your suggestions.
