H1b picked for company A but accepted offer and wish to join company B, is this possible that H1b can be transferred? Currently on OPT, if I join B would I remain on OPT?

is this possible that H1b can be transferred?
Answer: No. That is not possible. You will need to file an H1B petition to whom it got picked up. Once got H1B Approval then you can transfer to new Employer.
Currently on OPT, if I join B would I remain on OPT?
Answer: Yes. But please make sure to follow OPT requirements when you migrate to new Employer.
