My spouse's L1A visa and my L2 visa is valid till 19-December-2020. Since H1B premium processing has opened now, my spouse is planning to convert L1A visa to H1B. I have L2 EAD and have following queries -
1. If H1B extension is filed in premium, will H4 extension approval come along with H1B extension? If no, what is the turnaround time for getting H4 extension?
2. If H1B extension comes early and H4 extension is still in progress, what will be my status once my spouse's visa changes to H1B? Will my status change to H4 extension in-progress right after my spouse's change in visa status to H1B or can I retain my L2 EAD until H4 extension apporval comes through?
