hi All,
My H4 EAD is expiring on July 1st. I applied for h1+h4+h4EAD on Feb10th 2020.
We got biometric appointment for H4 on Mar 3rd and i appeared it.
My status wasn't changing then in 3rd week of March i got another letter stating i need to appear for biometric again on Apr 2nd because 'FBI was unable to process the fingerprints'. Unfortunately due to the pandemic USCIS application support center were closed down end of march.
The application support center havent opened yet and i called up USCIS and they said the centers will open on June 22nd.
Now i need suggestion should i wait for another biometric appointment letter or take my April 2nd letter and try to walk in the center the day June 22nd it opens.
Is anyone else in this situation?
Please provide your suggestions.
