My wife got 221g for her H4 and after couple of months in administrative processing, she got a mail asking her to drop off her passport at the closest VFC. She had her initial interview in New Delhi consulate. If she drops off her passport at Hyderabad VFC, will her passport be sent to New Delhi for further processing or will the processing happen in Hyderabad consulate? The mailing address of the passport is our Hyderabad address. So I am trying to see if I could save some couple of days by either dropping of the passport in Hyderabad VFC vs Delhi VFC appropriately.
