Dear all,
I've received my i797 aproval notice and i've tomorrow the interview with the embassy for the visa stamping in Spain, but i've found a misspelling mistake on the i797.
The company (petitioner) name is somthing like GKJGKGKJGJK INSTITUTE and the last E is missing. They wrote INTITUT (I've checked the i-129 form and the name is ok, so the mistake is from USCIS)
I'm really worried about
1st my visa can be rejected at the embassy ?
2nd Could it be a problem on my arriving to USA or on the renewal process next year ? ( If I get the visa stamp with the missing E)
My name, DOB and COB are OK in the i797
