Based on research, I believe my employer failed to complete the conditions for a Bona Fide Termination when I was let go last year and I'm going to file a complaint for unpaid back-wages.
Is it generally advisable to enlist the help of an immigration lawyer to assist with the completion of the Wh-4 form? Or is it generally fine for the employee to complete this themselves without fear of messing it up? It seems a fairly simple & straight-forward form.
