H1 renewal process?

Hi all, my 1st term H1 will expired on 5/5/05. My company is going to renewal my H1, but this time they don't want to hire a lawyer. Can anyone tell me in plain English of what we need to do? I know my company has to submit the ETA-9035 to the department of labor, then submit I-129 to the department of justice. Do I need the I-129w? How much do my company (a under 25 people company) has to pay?
