Adding a Person to an account

Hello, I have a question. I have paid my MRV visa fee couple months ago and the receipt got enabled. I did not add my spouse at the time, when I paid the fee, due to personal reasons. Will I be able to pay fee within my account and add my spouse at this point of time ? I have not paid the visa fee of my wife when I have paid mine.
