H1b wants expedited gc! Help!
HI there everyone!
I've been on H1B (teacher) for four years - on my fifth this year. I heard that some teachers who were ahead of me already have their greencards. The info is that they were applied as EB2 and EB3 - simultaneously? Does anyone know...?
I'm still working on my PERM (Labor Cert.). My question is, can I use the same process to expedite my process for the greencard?
If anyone knows anyone who can do the task, some pertinent information will be helpful. I'm in the Lonestar state (Texas!).
I'd appreciate some ideas.
