i767 valid if I switch organisation?

I currently have my H1B approved and hold my I-797 B Notice of action documents with me. But do not see any projects opportunities within my organisation.Will the same be effective in case I move to another organisation?can other organisation process my visa stamping?

Hi,
In order to migrate to another company, your new Employer needs to file another H1B petition get approved then process for H1B visa stamping.
