H-1 Transfer from Non Profit to For Profit

Hello,

I entered US with a H-1 B visa from a for profit organization and switched jobs to a non profit organization. The organization has applied for my extension in July 2021 which got approved till 2024. I'm looking for switching jobs to a for Profit organization now. Please advise if this can be done or I have to wait till 1st April to apply for a new visa?
