Hi All,
I am facing some issue while planning for my Visa dropbox is coming month. I am currently in US on H1B. My current H1B is valid till June 2022. I filled DS-160 and booked an appointment for H1B dropbox. It was all set.
Meanwhile my employer filled my H1B extension and it got approved from June 2022 - June 2025.
My question is, Can I get my H1B visa dropbox on this new H1B which is valid from June 2022? Since I am going for appointment in March and planning to return by April, will this be a problem?
