Hi
i have changed employer in Aug 2021 and went for dropbox on 23 November 2021.
After dropbox I got email from consulate to attend interview in person at hyderabad india consulate
My interview was on 21 December 2021 and got 221g after interview.
VO said they have to do additional verification with USCIS.
My employer got questions from USCIS and they replied on 4th Jan.
Then my client got email from USCIS but I have no idea wether my client sent requested information to USCIS till the date or not.
I am literally not getting any response from client and they are just saying your case has sent to legal agency which is 3rd party so they have no idea further.
My employer also not useful or responsive about taking follow up with client.
My question is What happens if my client don't reply to USCIS in time?
USCIS do not send reminders or follow up emails if response not received?
Will my application get denied?
How much time more should I wait?
Is there any other way to find that my application is in process?
