Any suggestion to expediate H4 extension and H4 EAD renewal processing?

My H4 extension and H4 EAD renewal applications are currently pending with USCICS at Vermont Center(filed on Nov, 2021). Due to application processing delays I am not expecting approval in next few months and this is going to affect my current employment.

Is there a way to expedite the processing of H4 applications - H4 EXT + H4 EAD Renewal?
