Hi All,
My H1B was picked up in second lottery and my employer filed for my petition on Oct 29, 2021. on December 14,2021 I received an RFE on my case and my employer responded to it on jan 14th. But till date my status still shows RFE and not changed to Response received. Is this common not to change the status and still work on it? it has been 4 weeks now. Any pointers to my situation.
