H1B Job Change after paying Visa pay

Hi ,
i have payed Visa fee and looking for a appointment
in my DS160 i have given all info of Company A
Currently unfortunately Company A is in bad state
and if i have to change the to Company B in another 2 months for Sure
if i change to new Company B
should i fill new/edit DS160 or
pay new visa fee and fill up new DS160
pls advice if any one is in this situation
