Hi, I am working for company A and company B has sponsored H1B for me. My H1B VISA got approved and I have not traveled to US yet. Now my current Company A told me that, they would like to retain me and they will apply for VISA Transfer. Is this possible to apply for H1B transfer with out traveling to US? At the port of entry will we face any issues? Will we face any query from USCIS when applied for H1B Transfer ( i.e. Company A applied the new cap exempt petition)?...
