Visa Officer unable to find approved i-797 pertition number in consulate portal

I need an expertise opinion from this group members.

I had opted for consulate interview from krakow, Poland embassy after my h1b extension was approved. however, during the interview, Visa Officer was unable to find the receipt number starts with IOE in here system. Kindly let me know how to solve this situation.
