H1B Visa Transfer and Extension concurrently by new employer
Hello,
Currently i am in H1B Visa with Employer A and my visa is valid till 28 June 2022. My extension process is in progress with Premium Process. I have an approved I-140 also.
Employer B wants to hire me. Below are my questions:-
1. Can Employer B file H1B Transfer and H1 Extension at the same time so that when it gets approved, i will get visa for a longer time.
2. Can Employer B use the approved I-140 of Employer A while doing VISA Transfer and extension so that i will get a visa validity of 3 years.
3. Employer A has initiated the extension of H1b and H4. Will the H4 Extension be affected while doing transfer to extension from Employer B. As H4 applications does not have premium processing.
