H1B transfer in a month after first time H1B stamping and traveling to US
Dear Members,
I would like to get my H1B transfer to new employer after travelling to US and staying with current employer for a month or two.
As I know, there are 2 payslips requirement is there from current employer for getting transfer to new employer.
I would like to understand ...
a. is there any negative impact due to such immediate or short term transfer from current employer?
b. will there be any RFE if I do so?
c. what other factor could impact successful transfer?
d. are there anything more need to take care here (from new employer side or perspective)?
