Hello,
1. Right now I'm on H1b visa and working from home but employer mentioned client location in the LCA. My current location not in the same MSA location as I'm working from home. As I did not aware about the Outside MSA location so I did not filed the amendment yet.
Now, I got the new job offer and planning to start process of the H1b COE process. Is there any issue I will face while transferring the H1b or possibility to get RFE as I did not filed the amendment on time ?
2. Also I did my bachelor and master from USA. I filed my h1b after my masters and got approved. I found out the I have mistake in the bachelor transcript about my degree name but after my bachelor graduation school got shut down.
I reached out to the SCHEV Accreditation department to get the new transcript but said they don't have rights to change the spell mistake in the transcript and also they cannot provide support document about spell mistake. My degree name is Bachelor of science in computer information sciences but in the transcript degree earned name is Bachelor of science in computer information systems.
Because of this is there any issue in my H1b COE application ?
Please guide me with this as soon as possible
