Hi, Hope to have someone answer my query.
1. My employer filed new H1B premium processing on May 18 and my H4 I539 was pending.
2. On May 26 - my H4 COS I539 was approved.
3. On June 1 (just before 15 days processing time), my H1B case got Request for Initial Evidence.
Why would I get a RFE when my H4 COS is approved which was used as a bridge petition in my case.
In my case , USCIS just kept waiting till the last day to give me an RFE.
I am worried that the Job offer will not be valid if my case gets delayed.
