I am currently under H1B Visa which expired Jul 2023 and then due for 1 extension.
I got an offer from Company B who is ready to do my H1B transfer (premium processing)
Is it advisable to resign only after H1B transfer is approved?
Do i have to go for a visa stamping again since my H1B petitioner will change.
