Hello all, please advise and help.
My employer’s attorney filed theH1B i-129 petition on June 16th and we never received a receipt notice, today July 13th, we received a rejection because the attorney filled a check for $1500 instead of $750.

Would the attorney be able to resubmit it with the correct fees even we are beyond june 30th ?!
