Using spouse's visa appointment

My wife and I are on h1b employed in different companies. Both our H1Bs have been renewed recently and we need to get our H1-B stamped when we visit India. We both are qualifying for dropbox. My wife was lucky to get a Visa appointment in Nov 2022, but am unable to secure one. I have my ds160 filled and the visa fee paid as well. Is there a way for me to use my wife's scheduled visa appointment to get my h1b stamped?

If so how should i proceed with the process. thanks in advance.
