1. When my spouse got her second H4 visa stamped, her first EXPIRED H4 visa was CWP (which I assume is Cancelled without prejudice).
Does this mean the answer to the question "Is your visa ever cancelled or revoked": Yes.
I assume so and answered it yes.
Is this the correct response? I wanted to verify especially since it has cancelled or revoked in same question.
2. In addition, they asked to explain if answer is YES for above question. I put the above explanation. Is it necessary for me to put the old cancelled visa number? I have printed out the DS-160 already. There are no guidelines on it and so I did not put the "CWP" visa number in the explanation. I am assuming that should be okay since we will be carrying the passport that has "CWP" visa in it for the appointment.
Can someone confirm my thoughts?
3. Does anybody know when the appointments open up for Mumbai? I have seen on the forum that it is 2-3 weeks in advance. But I do see other places (Chennai, Kolkata) as having it even beyond that.
